Hey Guys! 🙂 Have u ever seen some dessert called „melting moment“? Well, I’m also not. But last week I found the recipe „coffee nougat melting moment“. Well i tried it and it’s really tasty! 🙂 I only missed something, yeah something fresh and fruity. So, I added selfmade strawberry mousse and cinnamon yoghurt. Oh, it was so delicious that I have to show u the recipe today! Are you ready? 🙂
So let’s stop talking and start baking.
You will need:
200g | yoghurt |
400g | frozen strawberries |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1 tb | sugar |
The dough: | |
60 g | flour |
25 g | starch |
1 tb | nut nougat creme |
1/2 tb | icing sugar |
8 g | vanilla sugar |
1/2 tb | coffee powder (leaf this out for kids) |
1 tb | cocoa powder |
1/2 tsp | baking powder |
a pich | salt |
1 tb | cooking oil |
So first of all we have to bake the crumb:
- Put butter and icing sugar in a boil and beat until foamy
- Add nut nougat creme and vanilla sugar
- Gradually add flour, coffee, baking powder, oil and cocoa powder
- Knead it till it is a greasy and spongy consistency
- Put the dough in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour
- Pre-heat the oven up to 180°C
- Break off small pieces of the dough and form balls
- Put it on baking paper
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Let it cool down
You ready with crumb and still alive? So let’s serve it! 🙂
- Defrost strawberries and put 2 of them back in freezer – you will need them later
- Crumble a few balls of dough in the glass
- Mix yoghurt with sugar and cinnamon
- Add yoghurt in the glass, smooth it
- Puree the strawberries
- Smooth the strawberries in the glass
- Crumble one more ball in the glass
At the end you can put the two strawberries out of the freezer and decorate your dessert! 🙂
I hope u will like this selfmade dessert like Christina and I do! 🙂 Let me know what you think about the recipe and the pictures 🙂
