So let’s stop talking and start baking.

You will need:

200g yoghurt
400g frozen strawberries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tb sugar
 The dough:
60 g flour
25 g starch
1 tb nut nougat creme
1/2 tb icing sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
1/2 tb coffee powder (leaf this out for kids)
1 tb cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
a pich salt
1 tb cooking oil

So first of all we have to bake the crumb:

  1. Put butter and icing sugar in a boil and beat until foamy
  2. Add nut nougat creme and vanilla sugar
  3. Gradually add flour, coffee, baking powder, oil and cocoa powder
  4. Knead it till it is a greasy and spongy consistency
  5. Put the dough in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour
  6. Pre-heat the oven up to 180°C
  7. Break off small pieces of the dough and form balls
  8. Put it on baking paper
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  10. Let it cool down

You ready with crumb and still alive? So let’s serve it! 🙂
